BeyonDesignsCo Studio provides event design and planning services. All services are subject to availability and customization based on client needs.

Booking and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment due prior to the event. Booking dates are reserved on a first come-first serve policy. Booking reservations are not considered final until deposit has been paid and cleared. Any cancellations must be made in writing, and refunds are issued per our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit is submitted, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposit are Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to cover initial planning costs.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, but will be subject to availability.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy: Please note that all deposits and payments for events are non-refundable. This policy helps us manage the planning and resources dedicated to your event. We appreciate your understanding.

In case of bad weather we will work with you to suggest a back up plan whether it’s a tent or an indoor venue.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of BeyonDesignsCo Studio and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

BeyonDesignsCo Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including events beyond our control such as weather or third-party failures.
